Scarab casting
After a visit to discover ancient Egypt, children will make a clay mould of an Egyptian scarab.

Mosaics
"In 50 BC, the whole of Gaul was occupied. All of it? Yes, even Besançon, then called Vesontio. Discover the mosaics in the museum, and then get hands-on!

Owl modelling
A statue can be carved in stone or wood, or modelled in clay.
Discover the museum's sculptures and try your hand at moulding and clay.

Making a herbarium
Discover the plants and flowers hidden in the museum's paintings. You'll be able to create your own little herbarium to compare the plants seen in the paintings with those found in nature.

Casting of Medusa
Medusa, the Vouivre, Hercules or Oedipus, discover the ancient myths, legends, heroes and monsters that inspired them through the works in the museum.
