Use stencils to make your own LIP watch! Create a poster to present your personalised watch. During the visit, discover the museum's collections and unveil the mysteries of how watches and other time-measuring devices are made.

Straw marquetry
Take a tour of the museum and discover the art of marquetry and other decorative techniques used in watchmaking. In a workshop, armed with a little patience and attention to detail, we'll learn how to
straw marquetry.

In this workshop, children will make their own Advent calendar. This ancient Germanic tradition accompanies the countdown to December.

Christmas decorations
The art of marquetry is an ancient decorative technique also used in watchmaking. After visiting the museum, we'll get to work creating some Christmas decorations.

Weaving - NEW
One of the treasures of the Musée du Temps is the series of seven large tapestries recounting the life of the Emperor Charles V. Discover the history of the tapestries and the secrets behind their manufacture. Then, in a workshop, everyone can create a small woven work using woollen threads.

Watch ornamentation - NEW
Come and discover the art of watchmaking and create your own watch decoration using the repoussé metal technique.
