La Belle Histoire by Coline Serreau Coline tells us her beautiful story: her first soap opera paid 20 centimes a page, the school where as a child she learned to travel in trees, her trapeze act, the hip hop dancers who are revolutionising the Opéra Bastille, backstage at Trois hommes et un couffin, her next film in which she takes on the ecologist-machos and the shortcomings of subsidised shows... She also revisits Maria Pacôme's cult scene in La Crise, and recounts anecdotes from the theatre, the cinema and hilarious misfires. With the freedom and giggles that are her trademark, she delivers an hour and a half of pure joy for the audience.
