Méditer la bible au regard de l'art

Abbot Axel Isabey Meditate on the Bible for an hour in the light of art to hear and see the Word of God. Anyone wishing to discover the Christian faith, or to marvel at it further, is welcome. No knowledge of the Bible or art is necessary. Theme: "Adoration of the Shepherds and the Angels, Jérôme Bosch". 1 hour for the Bible illuminated by the creative genius of artists who help us to hear and see the Word of God better. Spiritual meditation led by Father Axel, in charge of the diocesan faith and art service and chaplain at Notre-Dame de Ronchamp. This approach is aimed at all those who wish to approach Christian revelation or deepen their faith through sustained commentary on the Bible. Works of art can then help us to better feel and interpret our aesthetic and spiritual emotions. Let us be assured that it is not so much a question of seeing new things, but of seeing in a new way the Gospel, the anchor of faith, and this Art which, over the centuries, seeks to sing, through all creation, the Good News of Christ.
