La descente aux flambeaux

The Boussières Parents' Association (APE) has decided to revive tradition by organising a torchlight procession from the school to the paper mill wash, in collaboration with the APE les trois chevaliers de Torpes, the Richets de Boussières association and the Torpésienne. Departure from Boussières school grounds at 6.30pm. Arrival at 7 p.m. at the washhouse, where the children of Torpes and their parents will be present. The torches (reserved in advance) will be financed by the 2 town halls. Greater Besançon Metropolis Associations in Boussières will be offering light refreshments, and those in Torpes will be selling drinks. The aim of this festive and convivial event is to bring the two villages together and provide financial support for school projects.
