For 4 people:
- 400 g of aged Comté
- 400 g of semi-old Comté
- 35 cl of dry white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of bread croutons
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- (5 cl of Kirsch)
Rub the bottom of the caquelon with a little garlic
Gradually add the cheeses, stirring constantly, and the dry white wine
Off the heat, add grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Serve hot with the croutons.
