Barbara Pravi in concert at the Théâtre Ledoux in Besançon. Barbara Pravi is a singer-songwriter known for her commitment to women's rights, notably with her speeches every 8 March since 2018. In 2021, she represented France at Eurovision and came second with her song Voilà, which became an international anthem. That same year, her album "On n'enferme pas les oiseaux" was voted Best New Female Artist at the 2022 Victoires de la Musique awards. After a sold-out tour of 120 dates in over 20 countries, two sold-out Trianon concerts and an Olympia concert, she proved that she is definitely an artist who sings, moves and exists through and for her audience. She calls her concerts "shows". Because they are "more" than just a singing tour. And it's true that she doesn't just sing, she tells stories. When she dances, you don't know whether she's from Africa, Israel or a bird's nest. When she sings, she smiles, and when the song is over, she occasionally raises her fist. With all her flesh, with all her heart. She brings people together. She leads. She envelops. And she sweeps everything along in her wake. After a year's absence and a short stint in the cinema, she made her comeback in January 2024 with a new song, Bravo, which immediately made a name for itself on the French music scene, and a new album in autumn 2024.
