Fermenting food is an age-old method of preservation. The right conditions for successfully fermenting vegetables are salt, water, the right temperature and a little patience. Fermented vegetables allow us to rediscover forgotten flavours that enhance our food and awaken creativity in the kitchen. In this workshop, Eve COLTAT introduces you to fermented vegetables and teaches you the practical basics by working with seasonal vegetables. At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own preparation! (Don't forget to bring a Le Parfait jar).
