Located in the heart of Besançon's Chaprais district, Là Carte is much more than a restaurant: it's a place to live, share and discover. Managed as a workers' cooperative (SCOP Carte Blanche), this new structure is open to all, offering authentic, local and responsible cuisine, with an emphasis on short circuits and organic produce. Every day, the team cooks homemade dishes using fresh seasonal produce. The restaurant also opens its doors in the evenings at weekends, with a programme of cultural events (theatre, concerts, debates).
