Poêlée Franc-Comtoise

Preparation time: 30 minutes Preheated oven: 200°C Ingredients for 4 persons : - 600 g potatoes - 100 g Comté cheese - 1 Morteau or Montbéliarde sausage - 5 thin slices of smoked bacon or 150 h of lardons - 1 onion - 40 cl of fresh cream - salt and pepper Cook the sausage in simmering water for about 15 minutes. Let it cool down and cut it into slices. Set aside. Peel and dice the potatoes. Dip them in the water used to cook the sausage (add more water if necessary). In a frying pan, fry the onion, then add the slices of smoked bacon (or lardons). Brown everything. Add the sausage, potatoes and cream. Stir without overdoing it. Put the mixture in a gratin dish and add slices of comté cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (cooking time varies from one oven to another) Enjoy!
